This is a very cool animation I found about the life of an apple seed. Its created with stop motion paper animation in conjunction with hand drawn animation:

this is another favourite motion graphics piece. The title sequence for the tv series Viva La Bam.

My favourite Motion graphics so far...

This would have to be my favourite motions graphics i have seen so far... the title sequence to James Bond: Quantum of Solace. I like the use of a mix of 3D as well as flat vector style images all compiled in a 3d scene, with effects like smoke from the bullets.
